Corporate members and academic members can host independent not-for-profit industry conferences, following the guidelines set by International Magnetics Organization. The conferences aim at exchanging magnetics industry information and advancing magnetics technology. The administration of the conferences are decentralized. Every member has equal rights and responsibilities. Published on www. magnetics.org, the conference invitation, provides detailed agendas, fee arrangements, projected expenditure(purchase of and payments for goods and services), and other relevant information.
All conference will operate independently from the activities of International Magnetics Organization. International Magnetics Organization will never be bonded with any conference financially. Neither will the International Magnetics Organization involved in the actual administration.
The hosting members solely take the responsibility for the administration of the conferences, logistically and financially, including collecting all relevant fees, organizing the meetings and discussions, and compiling the conference papers. The qualified host member must elect a managing committee to serve as the point of contact, to support the logistics and administration of the conference.
All International Magnetics Organization members can review the detailed minutes of meeting and comprehensive financial reports on the conferences, once they are published on www.magneitcs.org, within 120 days after the conferences. International Magnetics Organization will act as the free web portal to publish the invitation, papers, and financial reports of the conference, for free. International Magnetics Organization also provide free auditing service for the financial reports of the conferences it facilitates.
